  What will you do when the Great Tribulation Begins?

  i've always wanted to ask this question to those that have decided to leave the organization.. what will you do when the great tribulation begins?.

  right now folks, a lot is happening in the political world.. gordon brown (prime miniter of england) last week gave a speech to the un stating that it is time for the un to step in and solve the world's problems, (specifically mentioning the economy and hunger crisis worldwide.).

  barrack obama is shaping up to be the next president, a fellow who sure knows how to persuade and lead great crowds.

  Yeah prove to me that they are guided by Holy Spirit. Everyone in the Bible guided by Holy Spirit were always correct. Why are they allowed to make mistakes and God still approve of them? Then use the excuse of new light. Lets all hope M is researching what we have taught him ya'll and he is ready to join us

  Richard Dawkins Gets "Expelled" by Ben Stein!

  i just got back from seeing the new movie release "expelled" which is a documentary exposing the militant culture of supression regarding intelligent design in the scientific community.

  in a "million years", i never would have imagined that ben stein could get the author of "the god delusion", richard dawkins to speak favorably about i.d.

  (intellignet design).

  Conversation with my JW mother (arghhhh!!!) Need advice

  so last week when i casually mentioned the bs being cancelled, she was like, oh, no, they'd never do that.

  i asked her if she would be upset with it and she said she would, it was her favorite one.

  You did great! It is a matter of the heart. Only Jesus can change our hearts. If you have a study that will be good so you can show them how different their Bible is or how it has been changed. So hopefully you will use another translation

  · We should use our heads, use reason and logic and not agree with everything the “Slave” says.
  o That sounds like and apostate thought. Even if the “Slave” is misguided, Jehovah will clear things up in his own time.

  This is one of the ones that get me. Did Jesus tell us to follow blind people? You know like the blind leading the blind? No! They are lazy and they don't think for themselves. Jesus told us to make sure what the preacher says is in the Bible. jw teach some truth mixed with lies. When you stand in front of Jehovah do you think he is going to ask you about an organization? No! He is going to read your heart. He is going to see if you asked for forgiveness for your sins. No one can save you except God not man or men! I hope you continue to learn about our marvelous God and study his word.

  Don't worry about what they say as long as God is in your heart. Ask them to show you what they say in the Bible. Use the NIV or KJV, just some advice because they have changed the Bible, here is another discussion.

  I am not quite sure of what to make of your comment.

  Goosebumps prove that we are once covered in hair, and that we were once hunted by predators and you are suggesting this is how God the Designer designed it? So am I to take it that you do accept the evolutionary process and reject the Adam and Eve myth ?

  I dont know why you take my comment to accept evolution. I believe in Adam and Eve as the beginning of mankind on Earth. I have the Bible, the most wise book on the planet to give me this infomation and to believe anything else would be to allow Satan to influence my thinking. No thank you. I don't care how many things you can find on the internet and paste here they all say the same thing, God does not exist. Satan is doing a good job to trick some but not all of us.

  I enjoy these debates but I know who God is.

  Real one, consider the position you're suggesting. No one could say anything about anything until they knew everything about everything. Does that really seem practical to you? Can you honestly say you've learned everything about Islam? About Hinduism? About anything other than your own religion?

  This is why I don't speak in absolutes

  Neither do I. I am not saying you need to know everything im saying we don't know everything. and anyone that says they know everything is a liar. The evidence we speak of is limited to the knowledge of the individual involved.

  Since we don't know everything how can we take such positions as athiest or agnostic?
